Cheat Sheet: Money Made Easy

Your Cheat Sheet is on the way to your inbox!
I have done all of the formulas and calculations in the spreadsheet for you so you just pop in your numbers and see where you stand.

I sent it to your inbox because you are probably on your phone right now, and to utilize all the power of the formulas, you need to open it in Excel or another spreadsheet application.

In the meantime, here is what I think is one of the most important takeaways of the Cheat Sheet

When you make a list of all of the things you have to pay each month… all of your fixed costs… it should be between 50 – 60% of your take-home pay.

When folks feel like they are living paycheck to paycheck, or wonder to themselves, “Where does all the money go?!?”, their fixed costs are usually more than 60% of their take-home pay.

The second thing I would really encourage you to take a few minutes to think about is your net worth.

On the Money Made Easy Cheat Sheet, fill in just four numbers to figure out your net worth.
A lot of people are surprised by their number.

And keep in mind that your net worth does not equal your self worth. It is just a neutral number that gives you the information to make healthy life decisions.

I highly encourage you to take the time to know your numbers. That’s what the Cheat Sheet is all about.
Facing your truth to gain freedom from stress.

Filling it out is a form of self-care.

XO,
Ellen
